Speed Courier and Logistics is seeking a highly motivated and qualified female professional to assume the role of Branch Supervisor at our Mchinji location. This position requires overseeing daily branch operations, ensuring seamless parcel handling, upholding exceptional customer service standards, and enhancing overall branch performance. Key Responsibilities: – Managing and supervising branch staff and daily operations. – Overseeing accurate parcel receiving, scanning, dispatching, and delivery processes. – Evaluating and maintaining high customer service standards while addressing and resolving complaints. – Compiling and submitting detailed branch reports to management. – Enforcing compliance with company policies and operational procedures. – Driving business growth and achieving set branch targets. Qualifications and Requirements: – A Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transport Management, or a related discipline. – Minimum of two years of proven experience in a supervisory capacity. – Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational abilities. – Proficiency in computer operations and report generation. – Capacity to thrive under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.
