Senior Video Editing Specialist
Founded in 2006, One Acre Fund empowers 5.5 million smallholder farmers to enhance farm productivity through high-impact agricultural solutions. Operating in nine countries—home to two-thirds of Africa’s farming population—we deliver premium farm inputs, tree seedlings, accessible financing, agronomic training, and a broad suite of agricultural services. Our integrated approach consistently boosts farmer income and asset value on cultivated land by over 35%, while strengthening long-term resilience. This impact is driven by a dynamic team of 9,000+ full-time professionals from diverse backgrounds and disciplines.
This role blends videography and editing expertise to produce polished, mission-driven content for One Acre Fund’s training initiatives, marketing campaigns, fundraising efforts, and brand storytelling—all centered on amplifying the voices of farmers, with a special focus on youth and women. The position merges narrative storytelling, social behavior change, and marketing acumen to craft compelling impact stories that resonate with global audiences. Your primary responsibility will be capturing authentic farmer narratives that illustrate the transformative effects of One Acre Fund’s work at both individual and generational scales.
