Le candidat idéal devra justifier d'une expérience professionnelle d'au moins deux ans dans les opérations bancaires. Il doit être titulaire d'un diplôme de niveau BAC+5 minimum en Administration des Affaires, Économie, Droit ou autres domaines apparentés. La possession d'une carte de demandeur d'emploi délivrée par l'ONEM est requise.
Compétences techniques :
Maîtrise des opérations bancaires et des procédures de Back Office, connaissance des exigences réglementaires (KYC, AML), capacité à produire du reporting journalier, maîtrise des outils informatiques bancaires.
Compétences personnelles :
Intégrité, énergie et enthousiasme, attitude positive au travail et esprit d'équipe, capacité à travailler sous pression et respecter les délais, excellente communication et sens du service client.
Atout :
La maîtrise de l'anglais constituerait un atout.
