Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and café. Supervise, train, and schedule staff. Ensure excellent customer service and food quality Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards. Monitor inventory, control costs, and minimize waste. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a clean, safe working environment. Handle guest concerns and resolve operational issues promptly. Prepare daily/weekly operational reports for management. Work with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience managing a restaurant, café, or similar food and beverage establishment. Strong leadership, customer service, staff supervision, and operational management skills. Experience in inventory management, cash handling, and food safety standards. Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
