The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, effective team management, inventory control, and excellent customer service while driving sales and achieving branch targets. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily branch operations and staff activities Monitor inventory, stock movement, and warehouse operations Ensure accurate documentation of sales, stock, and cash transactions Coordinate order processing, loading, and dispatch of goods Drive sales performance and achieve branch targets Resolve customer complaints and maintain strong customer relationships Enforce company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports Requirements HND/B.Sc in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or a related field 2–4 years’ supervisory experience in an FMCG, wholesale, or distribution environment Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Good knowledge of inventory and warehouse management Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and report preparation Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet operational targets.
