We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Human Resource Manager Location: Mushin, Lagos Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Human Resources Officer to join our team in the FMCG Food sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and implementing HR initiatives, ensuring compliance with company policies, and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the Human Resources function. Key Responsibilities Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee induction processes. Maintain employee records and HR databases. Monitor staff attendance, leave administration, and disciplinary procedures. Performance management and employee development initiatives. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices. Handle employee relations matters and resolve workplace issues professionally. Prepare HR reports and documentation as required. Payroll administration and staff welfare activities. Coordinate training and development programs. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years’ proven HR experience Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Professional HR certification will be an added advantage.
