Type de contrat : Contrat à durée déterminée (CDD) de 6 mois.
Coordonner la préparation et la révision des propositions budgétaires pour les nouveaux projets et le budget annuel de JRS ; identifier les risques de sous-consommation ou de dépassement et proposer des mesures correctives ; participer activement aux réunions de gestion des financements (Grants meetings) pour l’ouverture et la clôture des projets ; contribuer au renforcement des capacités du personnel non financier sur les procédures de gestion budgétaire.
Minimum Licence (Bac+4) en Comptabilité, Finance, Gestion ou Administration des entreprises ; une certification professionnelle et/ou une formation continue en gestion financière est considérée comme un atout majeur ; au moins deux (04) ans d’expérience professionnelle dans un poste similaire de préférence dans une ONG ou une organisation internationale ; maîtrise du français, de l’arabe et de l’anglais (lu, écrit et parlé) ; maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) et pratique des logiciels comptables (ex: Navision, Sage, etc.).
