Job Summary: Manage, motivate, and train sales agents to ensure the distribution of individual life insurance products. Analyze markets, design promotions, and ensure the unit consistently meets or exceeds its sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and retain sales agents.
Coordinate the distribution of individual life insurance products within the unit.
Conduct market analysis, propose product improvements, and make recommendations to the branch manager.
Ensure the unit's sales targets are achieved.
Provide ongoing and appropriate training to agents on products and procedures.
Maintain high motivation among sales agents.
Design promotional activities to increase awareness of our products.
Achieve performance targets.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
Diploma or bachelor's degree in any business-related field.
A certificate of proficiency in insurance or any professional course in sales/marketing is an asset.
IRA agent license.
At least 2 years of experience in the insurance sector.
Required Skills:
Good communication, negotiation, computer, supervision, and training skills.
Clear understanding of life insurance.
