Sales & Marketing Executive

UltraPack Industries Uganda Limited, a major player in the manufacturing and warehousing sector, is recruiting a Sales & Marketing Executive for its team based in Kampala, Uganda. This position is a full-time contract, with a salary between 500,000 and 1,000,000 USh, plus commission.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Identify, pitch, and close new B2B accounts.
2. Manage and develop existing client relationships for recurring and bulk orders.
3. Achieve sales targets through field visits, client meetings, and negotiations.
4. Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure reliable deliveries.
5. Monitor market and competitor trends to inform business strategy.

Desired Profile:

Minimum education level: Bachelor's degree. Entry-level experience, with a duration of 3 years. Required language: English. Working hours: Full-time, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Specific Requirements:

1. 4 to 5 years of commercial experience in Uganda, ideally in sales of fast-moving consumer goods, packaging, or catering.
2. Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
3. An existing network in the HORECA sector, hospitality, or retail distribution is a plus.
4. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
5. Comfortable with regular field work; valid driver's license preferred.
6. Degree (Bachelor's +3/4 years) in sales, marketing, business, or related field.
