Finance Manager
GenKaz Placements is recruiting a Finance Manager to join a dynamic team within a diversified group. The position is based in Kampala, Uganda, and is full-time (8am to 5pm). The industry sector is banking, finance, and insurance.

Baifam Group Ltd is a conglomerate company that provides business advisory and management services to its subsidiaries, sister companies, and other growing businesses in Uganda. The Finance Manager will be tasked with optimizing the company's capital structure, managing financial risks, and building financial models that shape the organization's future.
Missions
Key responsibilities include:
Leading capital allocation, liquidity management, and investment strategies across the group.
Developing robust financial models to forecast growth and guide business decisions.
Overseeing tax compliance and mitigating corporate financial risks within subsidiaries, sister companies, and other growing businesses.
Desired Profile
The ideal candidate must be forward-thinking to plan ahead, highly analytical with numbers, and an excellent team player capable of leading a diverse team.
Education and Experience
Degree: Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
Certification: A professional accounting qualification such as ACCA or CPA is an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in financial management.
Language
English required.
