We are a diversified business group operating in building materials distribution and transportation services, seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to oversee all HR functions and support business growth.
Responsibilities:
Trading Business
Recruit, onboard, and manage sales representatives, warehouse staff, storekeepers, and administrative personnel. Monitor employee performance, attendance, discipline, and productivity. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and staff welfare programs. Coordinate staff training and development to improve performance and customer service. Ensure compliance with company policies and Ghana Labour Laws.
Transport Business
Recruit, manage, and maintain records of drivers, mechanics, and transport support staff. Monitor driver performance, conduct, attendance, and adherence to safety regulations. Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution. Ensure transport staff receive necessary training on safety, compliance, and operational procedures. Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR reports for management.
Required Skills:
Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of Ghana Labour Law and HR best practices. High level of confidentiality and professionalism. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related field. Professional HR certification will be an added advantage. Minimum of 3 years' experience in Human Resource Management.
Required Location: Applicants must reside in Kasoa, Mallam, Weija, SCC, McCarthy Hill, Amanfrom, and surrounding communities.
