Vintage Court International Limited, a player in the real estate sector, is recruiting a Head, Finance and Administration for its site in Port Harcourt & Rivers State, Nigeria. This full-time permanent position (8am-5pm) is open to candidates with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree (B.Sc in Accounting/Finance) and at least 5 to 7 years of professional experience. Proficiency in English is required.
Responsibilities:
Oversee financial and administrative activities; prepare budgets and reports; ensure regulatory compliance; supervise the team.
Desired Profile:
B.Sc in Accounting/Finance; ICAN/ACCA certification appreciated; minimum 5 to 7 years of experience; strong proficiency in Excel and Xero.
Compensation: NGN 400,000 - 600,000 per month.
