Respond promptly to customer enquiries, understand customer requirements, and recommend suitable product solutions. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various sales activities Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Receive and attend to walk-in clients professionally. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets while contributing to the company's overall sales objectives. Participate in regular product and sales training to enhance knowledge and performance. Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent after-sales service and customer satisfaction. Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
