Job Summary: We are looking for a hands-on, practical person to operate and maintain embroidery machines. This role requires attention to detail, patience, and a willingness to learn embroidery production processes. The successful candidate will ensure smooth machine operation, high-quality embroidery production, and contribute to the company's promotion via social media.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor embroidery machines to meet daily production requirements.
Change needles, threads, bobbins, and adjust machine settings as needed.
Assist with hooping fabrics, threading machines, and preparing garments for embroidery.
Perform routine maintenance and promptly report any technical issues.
Ensure quality control of finished products before delivery.
Take photos/videos of embroidery work in progress and finished pieces for social media content.
Help post updates and promote products online.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum WASSCE / HND.
Basic technical aptitude and common sense to resolve small mechanical issues.
Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok,
