Customer Support Representative
Downtown Grill Nigeria is recruiting a Customer Support Representative to join its takeaway restaurant team. We are looking for an intelligent, friendly, and customer-oriented person.
Job Context
Full-time position in the hospitality and restaurant sector. Monthly remuneration of 100,000 NGN, with a transport allowance of 15,000 NGN per month. Work locations: Egbeda, Yaba, and Lagos Island (Eko).
Responsibilities
Receiving and processing customer orders (in person, by phone, and online). Responding to customer inquiries and professionally resolving complaints. Coordinating with the kitchen team to ensure quick and accurate order preparation. Processing payments and verifying order accuracy before pickup or delivery. Providing excellent customer service at all times.
Desired Profile
Minimum HND in any discipline. Must have completed the mandatory NYSC program. Reside in Yaba or its environs. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Previous customer service experience is an asset.
Working Hours
Training period (first month): Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Sunday from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. One day off between Monday and Saturday each week. Sundays operate on a rotation: one Sunday worked, one Sunday off. After training (shift hours): after one month of on-the-job training, retained employees will move to a shift system: morning shift from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM and afternoon shift from 1:30 PM to 8:00 PM.
