Qualifications requises :
- Nationalité : République Démocratique du Congo.
Formation / Diplômes
- Diplôme BAC+5 en gestion, management, économie ou domaine connexe. Compétences techniques :
Présentation du poste
- Connaissance dans l’élaboration des cadres logiques et rédaction d’appels à propositions.
- Maîtrise du pack Office.
- Compréhension des aspects liés à la coopération au développement.
- Compétences en monitoring et évaluation.
- Maîtrise des thématiques genre, numérique, environnement et innovation. Compétences personnelles :
- Très bonne capacité de rédaction et de communication.
- Capacité à travailler en équipe pluridisciplinaire.
- Sens de l’initiative, force de proposition, autonome et orienté solutions.
Expérience
- Expérience professionnelle de 5 ans minimum dans la gestion d’une équipe multidisciplinaire d’interventions ou de projets.
- Connaissance de l’anglais serait un atout. Instructions
