Emergency Task Officer

Responsibilities:
Classify and maintain detailed incident reports.
Receive all emergency calls from clients.
Respond immediately to reports of theft or loss of financed assets.
Locate assets using GPS and coordinate with police, boda bodas, and field recovery staff, and update the DC map.
Advise the client to obtain a police report for all theft cases and update the police report number (OB) on the DC map.
Assist in negotiating recovery facilitation when the client is unavailable and inform the client of necessary costs during recovery.
Inform the client once the bike has been recovered, whether it is brought to the depot or the police station.
Liaise with local leaders, police, and security teams.
Support investigation and recovery operations to minimize company losses.
Educate clients on theft prevention and asset security.
Share an email of all emergency cases of unrecovered units every day at 8:00 AM, copied to the HOD, ESD, DC field manager, and investigation team leader.
Any other tasks that may be assigned by management.Desired Profile:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are mandatory).
