Under the supervision of the Head of Office and with the technical advice of the TEC Manager at Kinshasa, the IT Operations Assistant will be responsible for managing and supporting computer systems, including hardware, software and networks. He will be responsible for troubleshooting, user support, IT fleet management and communications systems, while working closely with the Kananga team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Education / Qualifications

• Participate in the deployment and dissemination of standard hardware, such as computer hardware and/or software, applications, programs, directories, telephony, web content, publications, database content, training materials, etc.
• Participate in the implementation of planned and scheduled preventive maintenance, troubleshoot IT and telecommunications systems to identify problems related to system performance, make adjustments or upgrades, replace parts or repair system components if necessary.
• Contribute to problem solving by monitoring inboxes and responding to requests, identifying problems and forwarding them to the appropriate person.
• Contribute to the training and support of end users of technologies and systems, such as audio/video conferences, meetings, network resources, etc.
