Lead and support the implementation of scaling and innovation activities within relevant CGIAR initiatives, both in the field and remotely.
Support the preparation and execution of scaling studies and assessments, applying ILRI and CGIAR scaling tools and frameworks.
Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources, and evaluate evidence supporting scaling decisions.
Prepare notes, reports, presentations, and work plans, and present scaling plans and recommendations to teams and partners.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with project teams, partners, and other stakeholders, and travel regularly to project and partner sites to support implementation and facilitate workshops.
Maintain up-to-date monitoring tables and documentation, follow up with teams, and ensure activities are completed on time.

Master's degree in agriculture, development, social or business sciences, data analysis, or a related field.
Three years of relevant experience.
Experience in project implementation, scaling, innovation, stakeholder engagement, or data analysis.
Experience in agricultural or development contexts.
Strong and transferable skill set, with the ability to learn quickly, rather than deep prior expertise in livestock or a specific scaling method, which will be developed on the job.Required skills:
