Athari Financial Coop recrute une Assistant Juridique Stagiaire Dans le cadre de notre mission: Dans le but de renforcer la conformité et la sécurité juridique de nos opérations financières, Athari Financial COOP-CA est heureuse d’annoncer l’ouverture d’un poste clé au sein de son équipe: Assistant Juridique Stagiaire .
Responsabilités
- Aider le département juridique dans la rédaction, la révision et l’archivage des contrats.
- S'assurer du respect des réglementations en vigueur et accompagner les équipes dans leur mise en œuvre.
- Préparer les dossiers juridiques et suivre les procédures administratives et contentieuses.
- Collaborer avec les conseillers juridiques externes et les autorités réglementaires.
Formation / Diplômes
- Diplôme en droit ou équivalent.
- Bonne connaissance du droit des affaires, droit bancaire ou droit coopératif.
- Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles et organisationnelles.
- Sens de la confidentialité, de l’intégrité et de la précision. Composition du dossier:
