Expérience
The Country Security Specialist (CSS) at the World Bank Group will oversee security programs in Senegal, The Gambia, and Mauritania, while supporting additional regions as needed. The role involves advising management on security risk management, conducting security assessments, and ensuring the safety of staff and operations. The CSS will also engage with local authorities and manage security training and contingency planning. This position requires a proactive approach to security and the ability to respond to emergencies effectively. Master's degree with 5 years of relevant experience or Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience 5 years of experience in security program management Knowledge in security program delivery and project implementation Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Fluency in French and English; Portuguese preferred Willingness to travel to high-risk locations Ability to work in a multicultural environment
