Expert en Agroécologie pour le développement agricole au Kasaï ENABEL Expert en Agroécologie pour le développement agricole au Kasaï Oriental et Lomami (h/f/x) – République démocratique du Congo Enabel est l’Agence belge de développement. Elle exécute et coordonne la politique belge de développement international, et travaille principalement pour le compte de l’État belge. L’Agence met également en œuvre des actions pour d’autres organisations nationales et internationales. Avec 1400 collaborateurs, dont plus de 70 % de personnel local, Enabel gère quelque 150 projets, essentiellement dans des États fragiles d’Afrique. Contexte Le Programme de Développement Agricole au Kasaï Oriental (PRODAKOR) a comme objectif global l’augmentation des revenus et la réduction de la pauvreté dans la province du Kasaï Oriental et de la Lomami grâce à une relance durable du secteur agricole. Son objectif spécifique est d’augmenter les revenus des exploitations familiales provenant de leurs activités agricoles de façon durable, dans un processus respectueux de l’environnement, en inscrivant les interventions dans les dynamiques du marché et en tenant compte des contraintes et des besoins différenciés des femmes et des hommes. Pour contribuer à l’atteinte de ces objectifs, cinq résultats sont attendus de l’intervention: l’amélioration des services d’innovation technique, d’expérimentation...
