Répondant aux besoins humanitaires, de relèvement et de développement en RDC depuis 1996, IRC en RDC est guidé par ses principes fondamentaux de renforcement des capacités, de participation, de partenariat, de protection et de promotion des droits humains. Les principaux domaines d'intervention d’IRC comprennent la réponse multisectorielle aux urgences, la santé, la protection, la bonne gouvernance et la gestion des conflits. A.
