Une entreprise agroalimentaire en pleine croissance, basée à Igbariam (État d'Anambra), recherche des techniciens compétents, qualifiés et proactifs pour soutenir les opérations de maintenance à l'échelle de la ferme. Les candidats idéaux effectueront la maintenance préventive et corrective, assureront le bon fonctionnement de tous les systèmes mécaniques et électriques, et contribueront à la fiabilité opérationnelle globale.
Résumé du poste
Nous recherchons des agents de maintenance et d'ingénierie pratiques et opérationnels pour assurer la maintenance, la réparation et la performance optimale des équipements et des installations. Le rôle est responsable de la minimisation des temps d'arrêt, du soutien aux activités d'installation et du maintien de l'efficacité opérationnelle dans l'ensemble de l'entreprise.
Responsabilités principales
Effectuer la maintenance et les réparations de routine sur les équipements et les installations.
Soutenir l'installation et la mise en place des machines et des infrastructures.
Effectuer des inspections régulières pour identifier les défauts et les besoins de maintenance.
Assurer le bon fonctionnement des systèmes mécaniques et électriques.
Tenir à jour les registres de maintenance et signaler rapidement les pannes ou dysfonctionnements.
Respecter les normes de sécurité, de santé et opérationnelles.
Soutenir le dépannage et les réparations d'urgence si nécessaire.

Minimum OND ou équivalent en génie mécanique, électrique ou domaine connexe.
2 à 5 ans d'expérience dans des postes de maintenance ou de support technique.
Connaissances de base des systèmes mécaniques et/ou électriques.
Capacité à diagnostiquer et effectuer des réparations de routine.
Grande attention aux détails et respect des consignes de sécurité.
Volonté de travailler dans un environnement opérationnel et pratique.
Environnement de travail
Poste basé sur le terrain, au sein des sites opérationnels et de production.
Nécessite une activité physique et un travail technique pratique.
Peut impliquer du travail posté ou des heures supplémentaires si nécessaire.
