Position: Senior Coordinator, Global Policy Impact (Maternity Cover) - WWF International

Responsibilities:
Provide strategic and operational support to the Director of Global Policy Impact, including preparing briefings, coordinating priorities, and following up on key actions and decisions.
Ensure proactive calendar management, travel coordination, and submission of expense reports for the Director and cluster leads, ensuring schedules run smoothly and logistics are organized efficiently.
Facilitate internal coordination within the Global Policy Impact team, ensuring alignment of work plans, timelines, and deliverables across multiple work streams.
Support the team in coordinating global policy forums.
Organize and support internal meetings, workshops, and retreats, including agenda development, logistics, documentation, and follow-up actions.
Manage and maintain the team's SharePoint site, ensuring shared resources and documentation are well-organized, accessible, and promote effective collaboration.
Additional Information:
Build and update an internal SharePoint communication site to keep colleagues informed and aligned on key updates, priorities, and organizational developments.
Support the development and monitoring of strategic plans, annual work plans, and internal reporting processes, ensuring alignment with departmental objectives.
Assist with budget tracking, procurement processes, contract management, and compliance with internal procedures.
Desired Profile:
University degree preferably in Business Administration.
At least 5 to 7 years of relevant experience as a senior or executive assistant in an international environment.
Required Skills:
Flexible working style, absolute discretion, and unfailing diplomacy.
Excellent written and spoken English; other languages would be an asset.
Experience in designing and managing internal communication tools and assets.
Proficient in IT and numbers in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with additional ability to use online collaborative tools for communication, interactive presentations, and digital whiteboards.
Experience working in a multitasking and international environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Self-starter and proactive.
Accuracy and adherence to deadlines in executing tasks and projects.
