Notre client, un acteur bien établi dans l'industrie de la fabrication laitière, recherche des représentants commerciaux expérimentés pour stimuler la croissance des ventes, renforcer les relations clients et étendre la présence sur le marché dans les territoires assignés. Ce poste convient particulièrement aux candidats ayant une expérience avérée dans la vente dans le secteur laitier et une connaissance approfondie du marché de Nairobi ou de l'Ouest du Kenya.
Responsabilités clés
Gérer et développer les distributeurs, points de vente au détail, comptes clés, institutions et clients HORECA dans le territoire assigné. Augmenter les volumes de vente, la part de marché, la disponibilité des produits et la visibilité en magasin. Développer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales tout en renforçant les relations clients existantes. Exécuter les stratégies de mise en marché, les standards de merchandising et les activités promotionnelles. Surveiller l'activité des concurrents et fournir des informations commerciales pour soutenir la prise de décision.

Diplôme en commerce, marketing, économie ou domaine connexe. Minimum 3 à 4 ans d'expérience dans la vente au sein de l'industrie laitière (essentiel). Expérience avérée dans la gestion de clients dans la région de Nairobi ou de l'Ouest du Kenya. Solide compréhension des ventes FMCG, de l'exécution de la mise en marché et de la gestion des distributeurs. Expérience dans la gestion de clients de détail, comptes clés, institutions et HORECA.

Excellentes compétences en communication, négociation et gestion des relations. Autonome, orienté vers les objectifs et capable de prospérer dans un environnement commercial dynamique.
