Contexte : Derrière chaque expérience culinaire exceptionnelle se cache une cuisine qui fonctionne avec précision. Naivasha Kongoni Lodge recherche un(e) Food Production Coordinator pour contribuer à l'excellence opérationnelle de sa fonction de production alimentaire.
Missions : En étroite collaboration avec notre équipe culinaire, vous serez en charge du contrôle des coûts alimentaires, de la gestion des stocks, de la standardisation des recettes, du contrôle des portions, de la réduction des déchets et de la planification de la production, garantissant que chaque repas soit livré avec constance, qualité et efficacité commerciale.

** Nous recherchons une personne ayant de l'expérience dans la production alimentaire, le contrôle des coûts alimentaires, la gestion des stocks ou les opérations hôtelières. De solides compétences analytiques, une attention aux détails et une familiarité avec les systèmes de caisse et de gestion des stocks sont essentielles. Une expérience avec LS Retail sera un atout supplémentaire.

Naivasha Kongoni Lodge is looking for a Food Production Coordinator to help drive operational excellence across our food production function. Working closely with our culinary team, you'll lead food cost control, inventory management, recipe standardization, portion control, waste reduction, and production planning; ensuring every meal is delivered with consistency, quality, and commercial efficiency.
Compétences requises
We're looking for someone with experience in food production, food cost control, inventory management, or hospitality operations. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with POS and inventory systems are essential. Experience with LS Retail will be an added advantage.
