Contexte : La Practice Governance soutient le gouvernement du Libéria dans l'avancement d'un vaste programme de réforme de la gouvernance couvrant la gestion des finances publiques, la mobilisation des ressources intérieures et la gouvernance dans des secteurs clés tels que la foresterie et l'exploitation minière. Le programme de travail comprend un soutien à la mise en œuvre du projet Governance Reform and Accountability Transformation (GREAT), un engagement sur les réformes fiscales et institutionnelles, et le renforcement des dispositifs de gouvernance dans les secteurs des ressources naturelles. Le stagiaire soutiendra la coordination, le suivi et les tâches analytiques dans ce portefeuille, contribuant à une mise en œuvre efficace et à un engagement soutenu avec les homologues gouvernementaux et les partenaires de développement.
Missions :
Soutenir la coordination des activités du programme de travail sur la gouvernance, y compris le suivi des actions, des délais et des livrables.
Effectuer un suivi régulier avec les homologues gouvernementaux sur les actions convenues et les progrès des réformes.
Assister à la préparation d'aide-mémoires, de notes d'information, de présentations et de documents de mission.
Soutenir l'engagement sur la mobilisation des ressources intérieures et les sujets de gouvernance fiscale par le biais de recherches de fond et de synthèses.
Contribuer aux travaux liés à la gouvernance dans les secteurs clés (par exemple, foresterie, exploitation minière), y compris la préparation de notes et la cartographie des parties prenantes.
Soutenir l'organisation d'ateliers, de réunions et de consultations des parties prenantes.
Faciliter la coordination avec les partenaires de développement par la préparation de contributions et le suivi des actions conjointes.

Études supérieures en politiques publiques, économie, gouvernance, administration publique ou domaine connexe.
Forte intérêt pour les réformes de gouvernance, y compris la politique fiscale, la mobilisation des ressources intérieures et la gouvernance des ressources naturelles.
Capacité démontrée à coordonner des tâches et à assurer le suivi avec les parties prenantes dans un cadre professionnel.
Solides compétences en rédaction et en communication, avec la capacité de produire des résultats clairs et concis.
Capacité à travailler efficacement avec les homologues gouvernementaux et dans des environnements multi-acteurs.
La connaissance du secteur public libérien est fortement souhaitée.
