Superviseur de Service Après-vente TRANSSION HOLDINGS Nous recherchons un Superviseur de Services Après-vente (SAV) bilingue (English and French Speaker) pour superviser l’ensemble des services offerts après l’achat. Vous serez également chargé de guider et former les employés, résoudre les problèmes et servir de lien entre les subalternes et la haute direction. Missions: Formation du personnel: formation aux connaissances professionnelles pour chaque poste, formation aux indicateurs de performance, etc; Définir les objectifs de performance et les délais en ligne avec les projets et la vision de l’entreprise et les communique aux subordonnés; Organiser le travail et s’assurer que les employés comprennent leurs devoirs ou tâches qui leur sont attribués; Surveiller la productivité des employés et apporter un avis et un encadrement constructif; Transmettre les informations provenant de la haute direction aux employés et vice versa; Rédiger et présenter les rapports de performance; Assister les agents; Élaborer un plan de travail quotidien/hebdomadaire/mensuel.
