d’emploi La dĂ©tection et la surveillance des maladies infectieuses (IDDS) est un projet quinquennal financĂ© par l'USAID avec les objectifs gĂ©nĂ©raux suivants: (1) AmĂ©liorer la dĂ©tection des maladies d'importance pour la santĂ© publique et l'identification de la rĂ©sistance aux antimicrobiens (RAM) dans les maladies infectieuses prioritaires, y compris la tuberculose (TB) grĂące Ă  un systĂšme de rĂ©seau de diagnostic accessible, prĂ©cis, adaptable, rapide et intĂ©grĂ©; (2) AmĂ©liorer la qualitĂ© des systĂšmes de surveillance en temps rĂ©el des agents pathogĂšnes les plus prĂ©occupants pour la santĂ© publique, y compris la rĂ©sistance aux antimicrobiens et les zoonoses, et; (3) Élaborer des orientations factuelles et des solutions innovantes pour renforcer les rĂ©seaux de diagnostic et les systĂšmes de surveillance dans les pays.
