Keda Cameroon Ceramics Ltd recrute un(e) Superviseur des ventes Superviseur des Ventes et des Produits
Accroître le chiffre d'affaires auprès des revendeurs, des grossistes et des clients du secteur industriel
- Assurer le pilotage du développement des nouvelles gammes, depuis la phase de recherche et de conception jusqu'à la fabrication des prototypes en atelier, en passant par les essais en laboratoire et la rédaction du bilan des études
- Déclencher des mesures correctrices dès que les performances s'écartent des cibles fixées
- Vérifier la bonne exécution des opérations promotionnelles et des plans d'action commerciaux
- Analyser les mutations et les tendances du marché industriel
Formation / Diplômes
- Titulaire d'un Bac +3 à Bac +5 en Commerce, Marketing, Gestion, Management ou d'un diplôme jugé équivalent
Expérience
- Justifier d'une expérience minimale de 2 ans dans la vente interentreprises (B2B) ou B2B2C, dont au moins 2 ans dans un poste d'encadrement commercial au sein d'un environnement industriel
- Maîtriser les outils de la suite bureautique (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) ainsi que les systèmes CRM ou ERP
