Le PNUD recrute un(e) associé(e) genre pour soutenir l'unité genre dans la mise en œuvre de sa stratégie et du Plan de travail annuel. Sous la supervision de l'analyste en genre, le/la candidat(e) apportera un soutien administratif et technique au comité Genre-Protection contre l'exploitation et les abus sexuels.

Les responsabilités incluent l'organisation d'ateliers, le suivi des recommandations, la planification des activités, et la collecte de données pour la certification au Gender Seal. Ce poste est essentiel pour promouvoir l'égalité des sexes et l'autonomisation des femmes au sein du bureau du PNUD-MALI.
