La mission implique la conception d'une politique fondée sur des données probantes et inclusive, en collaboration avec les parties prenantes. Le consultant apportera un soutien technique et stratégique tout au long du processus, garantissant la participation des jeunes et l'ancrage institutionnel.

** Ce poste nécessite une expérience significative dans le développement de politiques publiques et une connaissance du contexte malgache. Diplôme de niveau Master dans un domaine pertinent, 6 à 7 ans d'expérience dans le développement de politiques publiques, expérience dans la facilitation de processus participatifs, excellentes capacités d'analyse et de rédaction en français, connaissance des référentiels internationaux, maîtrise du français et du malgache.
