L'UNICEF recherche un consultant pour chiffrer le Plan National de Développement du Secteur Santé (PDSS) de Madagascar, en mettant l'accent sur la viabilité financière et l'alignement avec les ressources nationales. Le consultant élaborera une méthodologie de chiffrage participative, animera des consultations avec les parties prenantes et produira des recommandations actionnables pour la priorisation.

Qualifications et expérience
Master en Santé Publique, Économie de la Santé ou domaine connexe Au moins 10 ans d'expérience en économie/financement de la santé 3 à 5 ans d'expérience directe en chiffrage de plans Expérience de travail avec des ministères et des partenaires de développement Maîtrise du français et du malgache, bon niveau d'anglais Capacité à interagir avec des hauts responsables et parties prenantes Connaissance des processus de planification sanitaire à Madagascar Familiarité avec des outils de chiffrage tels que One Health Tool et Excel
