Medair Relief & Recovery Orientation Course (ROC)
Le Medair Relief & Recovery Orientation Course (ROC) est un programme intensif de 7 jours conçu pour les personnes intéressées par le travail humanitaire avec Medair. Les participants prendront part à des simulations pratiques pour comprendre les défis du travail humanitaire et se familiariser avec les valeurs et les projets de Medair. La réussite du ROC est une condition préalable pour être considéré pour des postes de personnel international au sein des programmes pays de Medair. Le cours est organisé plusieurs fois par an en Suisse, et les candidats seront évalués pour des opportunités futures en fonction de leur performance pendant le cours.

Minimum 1 an d'expérience professionnelle dans des secteurs pertinents. Expérience en gestion de projet et d'équipe. Une expérience en gestion dans un environnement humanitaire est souhaitable. Compétences en communication interculturelle. Bonnes compétences en négociation. Compétences claires en communication verbale et écrite. Une expérience avec les donateurs et les responsables gouvernementaux est souhaitable. Expérience dans la formation et l'encadrement du personnel. Solides compétences relationnelles et esprit d'équipe. Compétences en planification, évaluation et analyse. Une expérience dans la rédaction de rapports et de propositions est souhaitable. Automotivé et proactif. Capacité à prioriser et à gérer plusieurs tâches. Capacité à travailler sous pression. Capacité à vivre et à travailler dans des environnements de conflit et ruraux.
