Crisis Prevention Specialist
Intalma AB recrute un Crisis Prevention Specialist pour soutenir les initiatives de promotion de la paix et du désarmement en Afrique, en particulier dans la région du Sahel. Le poste est basé au Centre régional des Nations Unies pour la paix et le désarmement en Afrique (UNREC).
Missions :
Le spécialiste sera chargé de développer des programmes de sensibilisation des jeunes afin de lutter contre le recrutement de jeunes combattants par les groupes armés. Il participera également à des activités de volontariat, contribuera à des publications et assistera à la formation de jeunes leaders. Ce poste vise à renforcer les capacités locales et à promouvoir les efforts de consolidation de la paix à travers diverses initiatives éducatives.

Connaissance du volontariat. Expérience dans la formation et l'engagement des jeunes. Capacité à contribuer à des publications. Compétences en organisation d'événements et d'ateliers. Compréhension des enjeux de paix et de désarmement.
