Responsable Informatique FALCON CONSULTING INTERNATIONAL Missions: Réaliser des activités de support pour l’organisation des utilisateurs, organiser la gestion opérationnelle et la maintenance des systèmes et assurer le transfert des connaissances aux systèmes d’exploitation et aux équipements des utilisateurs finaux, de manière à garantir la disponibilité de ces systèmes conformément au SLA et aux incidents (demande de modification). / service, plainte ou problème) et autres problèmes similaires peuvent être résolus / traités à la satisfaction de l'utilisateur final.
