Qualifications requises :
Formation / Diplômes
- Être titulaire d’un diplôme de niveau BAC + 5 minimum en Administration de Affaires, Économie, Droit ou autres domaines apparentés
- Carte de demandeur d’emploi délivrée par l’ONEM Compétences techniques :
- Maîtrise des opérations bancaires et des procédures de Back Office
- Connaissance des exigences réglementaires (KYC, AML)
- Capacité à produire du reporting journalier

- Maîtrise des outils informatiques bancaires Compétences personnelles :
- Intégrité, énergie et enthousiasme
- Attitude positive au travail et esprit d’équipe
- Capacité à travailler sous pression et respecter les délais
- Excellente communication et sens du service client
Expérience
- Justifier d’une expérience professionnelle d’au moins deux ans dans les opérations bancaires
