Qualifications requises :
Formation / Diplômes
- Diplôme de niveau Bac+5 en Droit (Licence sous l’ancien système, Master de recherche ou DEA) obtenu au sein d’une institution universitaire reconnue
- Spécialisation en Droit des Affaires, Droit de l’Énergie ou Droit Public (atout majeur)
- Carte de demandeur d’emploi ONEM en cours de validité Compétences techniques :
- Maîtrise éprouvée des procédures judiciaires congolaises (Contentieux Administratif, Civil et Commercial) et du droit de l’arbitrage OHADA
- Maîtrise éprouvée en droit d’infrastructure (droit de l’énergie, droit de l’eau, droit des hydrocarbures)
Expérience
- Solide expérience pratique dans le montage ou l’audit de dossiers contractuels complexes (protocoles d’accord, PPP, accords de financement internationaux)
- Excellente expression écrite et orale en Français, maîtrise de l’Anglais juridique fortement recommandée Compétences personnelles :
- Moralité et probité professionnelle irréprochables
- Excellentes capacités d’analyse et de synthèse
- Capacité à travailler sous pression et à gérer des situations complexes Expérience demandée :
- Expérience globale et vérifiable d’au minimum 10 ans dans le domaine du droit des affaires, du conseil juridique d’entreprise ou du contentieux d’envergure Instructions
