Ce que ce poste implique Vous serez le garant de la mesure d'impact du projet : concevoir et piloter une enquête de perception finale auprès des communautés et institutions locales en Guinée. Au quotidien, cela signifie collecter des données sensibles sur les droits humains, analyser les écarts entre les résultats attendus et réels, et produire un rapport qui orientera les futures actions de l'ONU. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les partenaires locaux et le bureau du HCDH à Conakry.
Compétences clés à mettre en avant Une expertise en évaluation de projets droits humains ou consolidation de la paix en contexte ouest-africain est cruciale. Valorisez votre maîtrise des méthodes d'enquête quantitative et qualitative, notamment en milieu post-conflit. La connaissance du contexte guinéen (lois, acteurs, sensibilités ethniques) et une parfaite aisance en français écrit sont non-négociables ; l'anglais opérationnel est un atout.
