Program Manager Market Systems for Employment (MS4E) promoting Resilience (PROPEL program)
Mercy Corps, a leading global organization, is seeking a Program Manager for its PROPEL program, a multi-country youth employment and market systems development initiative implemented in Uganda, Senegal, Liberia, and Tanzania. The program adopts a market-driven, private sector-led approach to address youth unemployment and underemployment, with a focus on young people not in employment, education, or training (NEET).
Position Details
Full-time position with an estimated duration of up to 3 years, contingent on funding. Salary: Francs CFA 1M540K, negotiable based on professional experience. Travel: up to 70% within the country.
