L’Unité de Mise en œuvre du Renforcement du Système de Santé (UMRSS) est l’organe du Ministère de la Santé et du développement Social mis en place pour assurer le suivi programmatique et la gestion financière des financements du Fonds mondial au Mali. Dans le cadre de sa mission de gestion financière, elle assure, entre autres missions, la passation des marchés. A cet effet, PUMRSS, lance le présent avis pour la sélection d’un consuitant international pour la mission suivante : Renforcement des capacités de l’administrateur iHRIS et mise à jour du logiciel à la dernière version
Le consultant international doit avoir le profil minimum suivant : Qualifications et compétences (Diplômes et certificats éventuels)
Formation / Diplômes
Master ou diplôme d’ingénieur en informatique ou diplôme équivalent ;
Expérience
Autres informations
Expertise dans le domaine de l’informatique justifiée par des attestations de service fait ou document équivalent ; Expérience spécifique Avoir déjà développé au moins deux applications informatiques dans le domaine de la gestion des ressources humaines Preuve de la connaissance du système d’exploitation Ubuntu ; Connaitre le langage MysQ_ serveur ; Une maîtrise du PYTHON Pour faire acte de candidature, envoyer une proposition technique et une proposition financière conformément aux termes de références (TDRs).
