Lieu: Mongala, Tshuapa, Tshopo, Bas-Uélé, Maniema, Tanganyika, Sankuru, Kasaï, Sud-Kivu
Objet: Chargé(e) de Suivi et Evaluation du Projet PAAD au Niveau provincial Type de Contrat: CDD de 9 mois renouvelable
Qualifications requises :
Formation / Diplômes
- Diplôme de niveau Bac+5 en agronomie, développement rural, suivi-évaluation ou disciplines similaires
- Permis de conduire moto (nécessaire pour les déplacements sur le terrain) Compétences techniques :
- Maîtrise des outils de collecte numérique (Kobo Collect, ODK)
- Maîtrise d’Excel et d’au moins un outil d’analyse (SPSS, Power BI ou équivalent)
- Compétence en géolocalisation (GPS) et notions en SIG/Cartographie (atout)
- Excellentes capacités d’analyse, de synthèse et de rédaction
Présentation du poste
Bonne connaissance du contexte rural congolais et des enjeux d’agriculture durable Compétences personnelles :
Capacité à effectuer des missions régulières sur le travail autonome
Capacité à travailler sous pression et à respecter les échéances
Sens de l’organisation et rigueur
Excellentes capacités de communication
Expérience
- Minimum 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en suivi-évaluation de projets de développement ou agricole
- Expérience dans le secteur de l’agriculture et du développement rural (un atout) Instructions
