Formation en agronomie, physique-chimie, environnement ou domaine équivalent. Solide expérience dans la gestion de production agricole ou florale. Bonne capacité d'organisation et de coordination d’équipe. Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et aptitude au reporting. Autonomie, rigueur et sens des responsabilités.
Missions :
Coordonner les activités de cueillette et d’entretien des parcelles. Assurer la qualité des huiles produites et leur classement. Gérer les achats de matières premières (huiles essentielles). Superviser le personnel et gérer les documents de production. Planifier et suivre les actions hebdomadaires de l’équipe.
