Role Overview We are seeking a Dispatch/Fleet Officer to coordinate daily delivery operations, manage riders/drivers, and ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment. This role is key to maintaining service quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Assign and monitor deliveries using dispatch systems
Optimize routes for speed and efficiency
Manage fleet availability, vehicle conditions, and maintenance schedules
Coordinate with riders/drivers and support onboarding/training
Resolve delivery issues with vendors and customers
Track performance metrics and prepare operational reports

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
1–3 years’ experience in dispatch, fleet management, or operations
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with GPS tracking and dispatch software
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
Familiarity with basic maintenance of vehicles

Team player who can coordinate multiple stakeholders Working Days: Monday – Saturday
