We are seeking a Dispatch/Fleet Officer to coordinate daily delivery operations, manage riders/drivers, and ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment. This role is key to maintaining service quality and operational efficiency.

- Assign and monitor deliveries using dispatch systems />- Optimize routes for speed and efficiency

### 📌 • Manage fleet availability, vehicle conditions, and maintenance schedules
- Coordinate with riders/drivers and support onboarding/training />- Resolve delivery issues with vendors and customers
- Track performance metrics and prepare operational reports
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field

### 📌 • 1–3 years’ experience in dispatch, fleet management, or operations

### 📌 • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with GPS tracking and dispatch software />- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Familiarity with basic maintenance of vehicles
- Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and accountable
- Able to work in a fast-paced, real-time environment
