📌 A reputable logistics firm based in Medie–Kotoku (Accra)is inviting applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the position of Transport Manager.

### 📌 Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and coordinate all transport operations of the company

/>Ensure efficient scheduling and routing of vehicles for timely delivery
Monitor vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption
Supervise drivers and transport staff to ensure high performance and discipline
Ensure compliance with road safety regulations and company policies
Manage transport costs and implement cost-saving strategies
Investigate and resolve transport-related issues and delays
Maintain accurate records and prepare transport reports

📌 Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in transport or fleet management

HND or Bachelor’s degree

### 📌 Strong leadership and team management skills

Good knowledge of transport regulations and fleet operations

### 📌 In-depth knowledge of fleet management and vehicle components (e.g., engines, transmissions, braking systems, and maintenance requirements)

### 📌 Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
