Job Description Auntie Nkran Partners seeks an experienced Transport Manager to lead fleet operations, ensure safe and timely deliveries, manage drivers, optimize costs, and maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities Plan/coordinate transport schedules & dispatch. Ensure optimal fleet utilization & GPS monitoring. Manage drivers: onboarding, training, discipline, safety culture. Investigate incidents & enforce compliance. Ensure DVLA/NRSA/GRA compliance, licensing & insurance. Oversee vehicle maintenance, service schedules & asset planning. Monitor fuel usage, reduce wastage, control costs. Prepare reports & drive continuous improvement.

 Qualifications Degree/HND in Transport Mgmt, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business. 5+ yrs transport/fleet experience (2+ yrs supervisory). Strong knowledge of fleet maintenance, routing & compliance. Experience in haulage, FMCG or industrial logistics is a plus. Skills Fleet planning & dispatch People management Knowledge of Ghana transport rules Budgeting & cost control KPI-focused decision-making Strong communication & integrity KPIs Fleet availability
