Job Ad & Profile Description Position : Sales Assistant - Accra We are looking for a Sales Assistant. Responsibilities : Customer Service: Warmly welcome customers, assist with enquiries, and provide expert advice on products. Driving Sales: Generate as well following up on all lead to close the sales. Sales Processing: Efficiently facilitate transactions via POS system, cash, and digital payments (e.g., MTN MoMo, Ghana Pay). Merchandising & Inventory: Maintain tidy displays, restock shelves, and assist in receiving new shipments. Store Maintenance: Ensure the shop floor is clean, orderly, and well-organised at all times. Sales Targets: Work toward achieving individual and team sales targets. Complaint Handling: Resolve customer complaints in a professional and diplomatic manner. EOD reporting: Completing end-of-day report for management Required profile for job ad : Sales Assistant - Accra Education: SHS Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent. Experience: Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus. Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills (English; proficiency in local languages like Twi, Ga, or Ewe is an advantage). Mathematical Skills: Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions. Attitude: Friendly, energetic, approachable, and patient. Availability: Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours.
