- Assisting customers and explaining product features
- Recommending suitable electric bicycles to customers
- Preparing invoices and receipts

Min Qualification: High School (S.S.C.E) Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 2 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 9 to 5 Applicant Location: Accra & Tema Region, Ghana Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: Assist customers in selecting suitable electric bicycles, clearly explaining product features, pricing, and usage to ensure a smooth and confident buying experience Handle basic sales processes, including preparing invoices and receipts, following up with customers, and responding to inquiries both in-store and online Support daily shop operations by maintaining cleanliness, organizing product displays, and ensuring all bikes are presented in good condition Provide basic guidance on the use and maintenance of electric bicycles, and assist with simple troubleshooting or coordinate with technicians when necessary Assist with test rides, stock checking, and be willing to learn basic technical and repair knowledge to better support customers and the business Requirements: Minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience. Must possess a Senior High School Certificate (SHS) or equivalent.
