The Medical Development Team provides strategic and technical leadership for clinical service provision and supports country programs to ensure high standards of safety and effectiveness. Reporting to the Global Medical Director and working closely with the Project Director, the Senior Specialist will support the Women’s Integrated Sexual Health 2 (WISH 2) programme. The role includes acting as the main clinical focal point for the FCDO team, collaborating with country programs to ensure compliance with clinical quality standards, providing strategic direction to maintain high-quality care, and supporting implementation of clinical guidelines and standards. The position requires strong experience in sexual and reproductive health, clinical management, quality assurance, and international program support. The candidate must be results-oriented, adaptable, an excellent communicator, and capable of managing complex workloads while contributing to social impact and organizational goals.
